Can Ovulation Be Delayed?

Yes, depending on your mood! It’s a surprising fact and completely true! Ovulation can be delayed due to stress, anxiety and hormone imbalance. If you truly want to get pregnant you need to somehow be able to get enough sleep, eat a proper diet and live in peaceful surroundings. If either of this is disturbed, you will suffer from hormonal imbalance and conception-friendly hormones like Estrogen, progesterone, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone LH will delay working on your reproductive system. If this is delayed, ovulation is delayed.
